Ingredients

1/3 cup The Honest CowTM cottage cheese
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
toppings of choice (see note)

How to
  1. Stir everything together except toppings in an 8-oz. Mason jar or storage container and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Add toppings just before enjoying.

 

Note: Crunchy granola, fresh fruit, chia or hemp seeds, sliced almonds, and peanut butter are all great toppings for this on-the-go breakfast.
