1/2 cup The Honest CowTM cottage cheese
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sweetened whipped cream
chopped chocolate and flaky sea salt for topping
How to
Blend cottage cheese, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a mini food processor or blender for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and slightly fluffy, scraping down sides of bowl halfway through.
Add whipped cream and pulse a few times, just until incorporated.
Transfer to a small bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve topped with chopped chocolate and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
